Absolute professionalism, attention to detail and effective communication skills are the keys to a successful fit for this position. Min 3 years functioning as a business system analyst in a FDA regulated environment. Client base supported must include: Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory and Operations. Min 3 years experience in internal user support in a large scale ERP environment Min 3 years of professional information technology experience to include proficiencies with standard Microsoft Office products. Min 3 years of experience presenting and gaining funding approval from senior executive staff. Min 3 years of project management experience utilizing industry-standard methodologies .
Preferred Qualifications
Interaction with Application Programmers support large-scale ERP installs. Experience managing external Vendors to supply products and services in an Information Technology setting. Finance, Sales and Marketing, AR/AP Operational exposure. Bi-lingual - English/Spanish.
Responsibilities
Alignment of IT Business System objectives with the Goals and Objectives of the Teleflex Medical organization Introduction of technology solutions to the customer-base supported by the Teleflex Medical IT organization Adherence to IT Governance processes in place to gather, initiate and execute projects to deliver strategically-aligned business systems Gather, define, refine and gain acceptance of business requirements critical to the design and implementation of business systems Coordinate the efforts of both technical and business resources not under direct supervision Understanding of both the technical operation and business application of Enterprise Software Solutions used in a FDA-Regulated environment. Presentation of project proposals to Executive-level staff Building and maintaining professional relationships with all levels of staff across multiple business units Will require air travel up to 25% and include domestic and international trips
