3+ years experience in marketing or sales. Prefer experience in the Cardiovascular Surgery environment. Supervisory experience.
Qualification Requirements
Demonstrated strong analytical skills. Excellent communication skills: written and oral Excellent presentation skills and customer interface skills Skilled in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point, and the Internet.
Preferred Qualifications
Prefer experience in the Cardiovascular Surgery environment. Sales experience in cardiovascular theater preferred Clinical knowledge is helpful.
Responsibilities
Manage Teleflex Medical products within the cardiothoracic surgery market. Direct product management responsibilities for Deknatel cardiovascular suture and punch. Responsibility includes day-to-day sales initiatives, operations, and manufacturing activities. Candidate will develop short and long term marketing initiatives and product strategies within the cardiothoracic market. Candidate will be responsible for building and managing a cardiothoracic speaker's panel through the creation of centers of excellence. Provide direction to direct reports; assist in prioritizing projects as needed.
