Minimum 2-5 years general office experience required.
Qualification Requirements
Excellent oral and written communication skills with a demonstrated ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels in the organization required. Computer skills: working knowledge in word-processing and spreadsheet applications (MS Office preferred). Strong organizational and problem solving skills required. Knowledge of medical manufacturing and/or distribution preferred. Accurate data entry skills required.
Preferred Qualifications
Exposure in a customer service environment preferred.
Responsibilities
Processes sales orders and order changes to include price quotations, preparation and follow up on purchase orders, and confirmation of shipment dates. Uses SAP software to retrieve customer information, verifies inventory levels, and processes purchase orders. Interfaces with Warehouse and Purchasing Departments regarding order status and scheduled shipment dates. Verifies customer credit status with Accounting Department. Validates and completes necessary paperwork to issue Return Good Authorization (RGA) and credits or debits. Provides support to the sales organization with regard to customer situations.
