Experience Requirements
Qualified candidates must have 5-7 years experience in forecasting, sales & operations planning, and previous experience in managing a sales & operation planning department.
Qualification Requirements
Strong spreadsheet and analytical modeling skills are required. Must be familiar with materials and inventory management systems (MPS, MRP methodologies, SAP and QAD ERP experience, and Forecast Management software experience).

Responsibilities
This position is responsible for managing the Demand Planning process within the QAD ERP system. This cross-functional area supports key Supply Chain information throughout the entire Teleflex Medical organization across all levels of management. Key deliverables of the Demand Planning team include the coordination and management of one consensus forecast across the entire Division, an understanding of new product introductions, and a thorough knowledge of current supply issues which might prevent the Division from meeting its stated demand objectives. In order to accomplish this goal, the Demand Planning department must interact on a continual basis with numerous departments including Sales, Marketing, Operations, Distribution, Finance, Quality Assurance, and Customer Service.
