Candidates must have 5-7 years of marketing management experience, 3-5 years international marketing management experience, plus 5-7 years sales/sales management experience in the medical device marketplace. The candidate should also possess a keen understanding of the overall marketing process including comprehensive product management and brand management with 5-7 years of successful job related achievements. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office.
Qualification Requirements
Bachelor's degree is required. Ability to travel 40% internationally.

Responsibilities
The Director of the AsLA Sales Operations will report to the Sr. Vice President/General Manager of AsLA and will be responsible for leading all facets of the global sales effort of the AsLA business. Will establish and implement specific strategies to meet the growth objectives of the business and achieve maximum results. Working with those responsible for in-country sales and managing the AsLA Customer Service department, the role is focused on achieving sales objectives by developing our distributor relationships and providing superior customer service.
Global business experience required with the ability to successfully interact in international markets. A proven track record for leading successful strategic planning processes, as well as successful product launches. Experience working in a complex business, and the ability to lead an organization through periods of change and high growth. Must possess business development experience or exposure that will assist AsLA in acquiring and integrating new businesses. Must have extensive experience working with research and development engineers and scientists; a track record for providing valuable insights and consistent follow through. Must be able to develop, institute and champion new branding ideas/programs for key AsLA markets. Drive and refine the Company's ability to better understand its markets and competitors. Ability to assess employees, create and develop alternate plans in conjunction with Human Resources that will develop a highly effective marketing team.
In addition the individual must be able to direct, develop and evaluate staff as well as attract new talent, lead by example, motivate and retain a highly educated, talented organization. Exceptional interpersonal and managerial skills required. Must posse excellent communication skills and have the ability to think and lead strategically. Previous experience in establishing, leading and managing successful collaborations with leaders in the medical device industry. The ideal candidate will have keen analytical skills and an entrepreneurial nature.
