Qualification Requirements
-Bachelor's Degree -Minimum of 3 years experience as a Product Manager, Product Marketing Manager or Market Manager - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a job in the medical device market

Responsibilities
The Global Product Manager will report to the Global Director of Marketing. This position is responsible for both product planning and product marketing. This includes managing the product throughout the product lifecycle, gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with Engineering, to deliver winning products. This role includes working with Marketing Communications to direct, position and developing content for the website, brochures and other sales tools that will communicate our capabilities to target customers and support our sales team in meeting revenue/exceeding goals. This role also includes ensuring that the product and marketing efforts support the company's overall strategy and goals. -Research and analyze the market, customer and end-user needs, trends, the competition, gaps and define the product strategy and roadmap. -Manage products/capabilities through the product life cycle to maximize sales and profitability. -Work closely with Sales, Engineering, our customers and end-users to identify new product/capabilities that are needed in the market place. -Deliver market/product requirements with prioritized features and corresponding justification -Work with cross functional team to bring products/capabilities from concept to launch in the market place. To include early stage product assessments. -Work with external third parties to assess partnerships and licensing opportunities -Be an expert with respect to the competition -Develop the core positioning and messaging for the product -Develop sales tools and collateral in conjunction with Marketing Communications -Develop and deliver training the sales force as needed -Act as a leader within the company .
