Experience Requirements
15 years Materials exp; 5 years in a Materials Management role; experience with machined products; production of custom, semi-custom and standard products; developing and managing Cycle Count systems for inventory.
Qualification Requirements
Expert knowledge of Master Scheduling practices and capacity analysis; proficiency in Excel, Word and ERP/MRP systems knowledge.
Preferred Qualifications
SAP experience; medical device experience preferred.
Responsibilities
Manage Production Planning staff engaged in planning, scheduling and monitoring the flow of materials through the production cycle. Acts as liaison with Manufacturing, Engineering, Purchasing and Production departments to resolve any problems and to achieve optimum utilization of facilities in meeting production schedules. Oversees the operations of MRP system including inventory levels, delivery performance, capacity planning, etc.
