Instrument Repair Program

The Teleflex Medical Instrument Repair Program is designed to keep your instruments in optimum working condition. By providing routine maintenance, this program helps extend the life of your instruments and thereby saves on replacement and related costs.

Return Goods Policy

To expedite returns, a copy of our invoice or packing list must be included with the instrument as well as the reason for return. No returns will be accepted without prior approval. Please call (800)523-6507 for a Return Goods Authorization number (RGA#).
