Teleflex Medical has an immediate opening for a 3rd shift Production Supervisor in Asheboro, NC responsible for supervising production employees to ensure maintenance of product quality utilizing approved methods, specifications and remain in compliance with applicable federal regulations.

**Asheboro/Randolph County is centrally located in the Piedmont region within 90 miles of the Blue Ridge Mountains to the west and within 200 miles of the Atlantic Ocean to the east. Asheboro's central location provides small-town living at its best - close enough to larger cities to have access to the amenities, but small enough to escape such urban problems as traffic congestion, higher unemployment, and an increasing crime rate. Qualification Requirements A 4 year degree and 2 - 5 years of related work experience is required.

Preferred Qualifications Prefer experience in medical device industry and FDA regulated environments.
Responsibilities
1. Supervise by assigning work, monitoring shift progress and maintain employee performance. 2. Ensure that components and kits are assembled and packaged according to current engineering specifications and appropriate quality standards. 3. Compile and review Production records for completeness and accuracy, ensuring compliance with requirements established for product history records. 4. Complete various reports (i.e., time sheets, production shift update, production logs). 5. Resolve production and personnel problems. 6. Conduct training of new employees and conduct cross-training of employees in various aspects of the Production operation. 7. Update attendance, personnel and new employee performance records. 8. Ensure proper maintenance of equipment. 9. Provide other departmental support as requested by immediate supervisor. 10.
