Experience Requirements
A minimum 3 years of data maintenance and 3 years of related business experience in manufacturing, customer service, materials management or sales/marketing disciplines. Requires strong problem solving and organization skills, ability to prioritize work and effectively communicate with all levels of the organization. Business process knowledge.
 
Qualification Requirements
Qualified candidates must have: Strong problem solving and analytical skills Innovative and creative with strong planning and organizational skills. Ability to prioritize work. Customer focused and service oriented. Effectively communicate with all levels of the organization and recognize the impact of change to the organization. Strong PC skills required. Excel, Word, Outlook, Visio or Process Mapping Tool.
 
Preferred Qualifications
BS Degree preferred. Business process knowledge Experience operating in a regulated environment, Microsoft applications, experience operating in a regulated environment and experience with the QAD application MFG/PRO ERP is preferred. Experience with SAP R/3 is considered a bonus.
 
Responsibilities
Provides training on standard operating procedures outlining the creation, modification and deletion of master data introduced to the QAD systems. Creates, maintains and communicates updates to standard operating procedures, data standards, and data rules to a user base in excess of 1,000 staff members. Consults with Lead Data Analysts and QAD team leads on changes and updates to the QAD system setup that will impact data standards and usage. Consults Lead Data Analysts and QAD team on the on-going compliance of the data introduced to the QAD systems. Executes and analyzes audit reports to verify adherence to the existing data standards and Sarbanes Oxley requirements. Resolves incidents relating to problems/ issues found, business workload, and erroneous information being introduced to the QAD system.
