Experience Requirements
Minimum education requirements: B.S. / B.A. and M.S. in computer science, information systems, electrical engineering or mathematics, and 7+ years minimum professional experience, preferably working with enterprise level software. Experience should include analytical work, primary and secondary research, analysis; applied knowledge of consulting methodologies, key technologies. Must be knowledgeable of major ERP applications and platform such as SAP, PRMS and QAD. Experience in modeling / documentation and must have an understanding of the ITIL methodologies. Understanding of SOXs and FDA regulations is a must.
 
Qualification Requirements
Demonstrate leadership in a support environment. Experience and good understanding of Service Management. Strong service orientation, with experience in manufacturing and share service development and support. Proven skills in leading a diverse workgroup in accomplish of production goals. Strong technical skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Flexible and able to adapt in a dynamic environment. Excellent understanding and expertise of application developments and quality systems, experience in Quality Management Systems and experience in working within a Medical and Pharmaceutical industry or FDA regulated industry.

Responsibilities
The Team Lead is responsible for overseeing the planning, detailed design, and delivery of quality software components and products. This includes working collaboratively with other team members and stakeholders to analyze and refine requirements conduct modeling and prototyping as necessary, and to document resulting designs. The Team Lead monitors progress of deliverables in areas of technical responsibility and ensures quality and on time delivery of agreed projects and tasks. This position provides hands-on leadership and mentorship to a team of Software Developers. Major Duties & Responsibilities includes: for each development project, work with key stakeholders to define project scope, including deliverables, goals & objectives ad resource requirements; lead team to develop detailed designs for chosen solutions; contribute to the ongoing architectural evolution of the Platform and application; take ownership of detailed project schedules within scope; optimize task of detailed assignments to developers based on employee strengths and interests; work with other Team and Technical Leads to advance the use of new technologies, development tools and methodologies; participate in regular short-term and long-term, strategic planning, and participate in the development of long-range budgets for the Application Solution Team as requested; seeks creative and lateral solutions, seeing problems differently and finding opportunities that may not be immediately obvious; establish standards with development team on implementing user interface standards, system usability guidelines as needed.
