Qualification Requirements
Bachelor's Degree and 3 years experience in marketing or combination of sales and marketing experience required.
 
Preferred Qualifications
Bilingual - Spanish is preferred! Direct management experience is a plus!
 
Responsibilities
Under the general direction of the AsLA Director of Marketing, this position collaborates in product development efforts concerning an assigned group of products. Assist with short and long-range sales and marketing objectives of the assigned brands through new product launches, product promotions, sales support tender and pricing strategy. MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Collaborate in new and current product development efforts concerning specific areas of product responsibilities. Provide in-depth technical and clinical support for products as required to support inside and outside customers by verbal, written and formal communications. Critique product design and revisions to assigned products. Solicit and coordinate end user feedback on specific products. Coordinate with Global product management team for product gating process and be responsible for product line through Gate 5. Provide input into the Global product management for product development and pipeline. Screen customers inquiries, answer direct product questions and refers complex technical questions to the appropriate individuals for the product. Assist in supporting post-market clinical studies relating to the marketing efforts to the assigned products. Adhere to and ensure the compliance of Teleflex Medical's Code of Conduct, all Company policies, rules, procedures and housekeeping standards. Provide training for the Field Sales organization as well as dealers. Be the liaison between the RA group (US, Germany, Malaysia, Uruguay, Poland, Czech and other upcoming new plants) and in-country managers. Create designated product line positioning and pricing strategy; provide sales support such as sales materials, customer presentations, information for proposal and recall communications. Support new products launches by monitoring trends, competition and pre-launch market research with area managers and dealers Coordinate clinical and market research data. Maintain local key opinion leaders (KOLs) and leverage relationships.
