Educational Requirements
Bachelor's degree
Experience Requirements
Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field; 5 years experience in a fast-paced regulated office environment.
Qualification Requirements
Qualified Candidate must be proficient in SAP, Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Access and Microsoft Project experience a plus. Strong leadership skills; ability to think outside the box; be innovative and detail oriented; posses problem solving skills; have excellent communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Medical device knowledge.
Responsibilities
Provide leadership and guidance to the administrative staff of Strategic Pricing & Contract Management Team.
Provide guidance for the processing of all contract-related documents and pricing requests/approvals in accordance with all company policies and guidelines.
Administer individual facility contracts and special pricing agreements in accordance with all company policies and guidelines.
Instruct personnel on the utilization of available research tools to effectively determine and research the requirements of GPOs, IDNs, surgery centers, hospitals, distributors and government agencies, as required.
Oversight and communication of all contract renewals, expirations, pricing requests and price lists.
Facilitate the support of the Sales Team by producing sales, pricing and margin analysis reports in conjunction with our contractual agreements when required.
Oversee communications between the Strategic Pricing & Contract Management team and our strategic business partners.
