Experience Requirements
2 years previous welding experience; GTAW
Qualification Requirements
Proficient in GTAW -Able to perform precision measurements -Mechanically inclined and ability to work with machinery -Basic mathematical and measurement skills -Ability to read to interpret manufacturing processes and procedures -Skilled in reading blueprints -Communication skills to interact constructively with leaders and co-workers.
Preferred Qualifications
Technical schooling and/or welding certification.
Responsibilities
Welds light gauge and various grades of stainless steel components. Weld per drawing specifications. Checks dimensions on assemblies and inspects for quality -Repairs and reworks parts -Repair tools needed by production lines and maintenance. Other duties as needed and directed by the supervisor.
